We are a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital or a doctor.

What We Do

Ask 2 or 3 accredited hospitals for written quotes for you.
Show you the quotes side by side. You pay India Medical Cart nothing.
Explain the visa steps, travel and where families stay.
Stay in touch during treatment and after you go home.

What We Do Not Do

We do not give medical advice. Opinions and treatment come from doctors at hospitals.
We do not collect or hold money for your treatment, and we do not accept cash.
We do not arrange living-donor organ transplants.
We do not sell visas. Only the Government of India issues visas.

How We Choose Hospitals and Doctors

We call a hospital a partner only when it has a written partnership agreement with us. How we shortlist hospitals

We publish a profile of a doctor on our panel only after we confirm the doctor is on the panel. We write the profile from public sources and show the date we checked it. We show a registration number only after we check it on the National Medical Commission register.

We publish a profile of a doctor at a partner hospital only with the hospital's written approval.

Our Standards

We do not arrange living-donor organ transplants, and we do not connect patients with organ donors.
We do not arrange stem-cell therapies or other treatments that are not proven. A bone marrow transplant is a different, established treatment.
We never ask for medical reports by WhatsApp or email. We send a secure link.
We do not publish patient numbers, ratings or rankings.

NABH MVTF Status

NABH runs a programme for Medical Value Travel Facilitators (MVTF). Facilitators apply for empanelment under its standards.

We are preparing our application for NABH Medical Value Travel Facilitator empanelment.
