These terms explain how you may use this website and what India Medical Cart does, and does not do, when you send us an enquiry. Please read them before you use the website.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Mount Talent Consulting Private Limited, which offers India Medical Cart. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the company.
2. What we do and what we do not do
India Medical Cart is a medical travel facilitator, not a hospital or a doctor. Medical opinions and treatment are provided by hospitals and doctors.
We help you:
- send your enquiry to hospitals in India and compare their written quotes;
- understand the steps for travel, your stay and follow-up; and
- talk to the hospital if something goes wrong.
We do not:
- diagnose, treat or prescribe, or tell you which treatment to have;
- run a hospital or clinic, or employ the doctors who treat you;
- collect, hold or pass on money for your treatment, or accept cash;
- issue, write, change or sell visas or visa letters; or
- arrange organ transplants, such as kidney or liver transplants, or help find, arrange or pay any donor. Where a treatment needs a donor, such as some bone marrow transplants, the hospital handles this under Indian law.
Hospitals and their doctors are independent of us. They alone are responsible for your medical care, their quotes, their bills, their refunds and the results of treatment.
3. What you pay us
You pay India Medical Cart nothing. You pay the hospital directly, through the hospital's official payment channels.
4. Who can use this website
- You must be 18 or over to send an enquiry.
- A parent or lawful guardian can send an enquiry for a child.
- If you send an enquiry for someone else, you confirm that they have given you permission, or that you are their parent or lawful guardian.
5. What we cannot promise
We will do our work with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise:
- that a hospital will accept your case;
- the amount of any quote, or that the final bill will match the quote (hospitals set their prices, and a bill can change after doctors examine you);
- the result of any treatment;
- that you will get a visa; or
- that flights, hotels or other travel will go as planned.
6. Visas and travel
The Government of India decides every visa. Apply only on the official Indian visa website, indianvisaonline.gov.in (checked on 15 September 2026). The official website says that no agent is needed to apply. The hospital that accepts your case issues any letter you need for your medical visa. Visa rules change, so always check the official website.
You are responsible for your own passport, visa, flights, hotel bookings and travel insurance.
7. Information on this website
- The information on this website is general. It is not medical advice and may not apply to you. Read our medical disclaimer.
- We show a price range only when the hospital has confirmed it, with the month it did so. Ranges are a guide. Your quote comes from the hospital after it reviews your reports.
- In a medical emergency, do not use this website, WhatsApp or email. Call your local emergency services.
8. Your duties
When you use this website, you agree to:
- give true and accurate details in your enquiry;
- not send false enquiries or pretend to be someone else;
- not copy doctor or hospital details from this website in bulk, or use automated tools to collect them;
- not try to break, overload or get around the security of this website; and
- not send medical reports through our forms, WhatsApp or email. We will give you a secure way to send them.
9. Our content
The text, design and India Medical Cart name and logo on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, or to help a family member. You may not copy them for business use without our written permission.
Links to hospital and government websites are for your information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.
10. Our responsibility to you
Hospitals and doctors are responsible for medical care and its results, as explained in section 2. We are responsible for our own work.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters or government action. Any other limit on our responsibility applies only as far as Indian law allows.
Nothing in these terms:
- limits our responsibility for our own negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct;
- takes away or limits any right you have under consumer protection law; or
- stops you from complaining to any consumer commission, regulator or court.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us first so we can put it right. Our grievance redressal page explains how to complain and how quickly we respond. For payments, refunds and cancellations, read our refund and cancellation policy.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms.
This does not affect your right to go to a Consumer Commission in India, including where Indian consumer law lets you file a complaint where you live or work, or to go to the authorities of your own country.
We will never force you into arbitration. If we both agree, we can try mediation first.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the start of this page when we do. If a change is important, we will also show a notice on this website. The terms that apply to your enquiry are the ones shown when you sent it.
If a court decides that part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
