If you are not satisfied

Complaining to us does not take away your right to go to a regulator, consumer commission or court. You can also use these routes:

  • Consumer complaints in India: the National Consumer Helpline. Call 1915 from India, or use consumerhelpline.gov.in. To file a case with a Consumer Commission, use e-Jagriti.
  • Personal data complaints: the Data Protection Board of India. When we last checked, it did not yet have a way for the public to send complaints. We will add the details here when it does. Once this part of the law is in force, it asks you to contact us first.
  • If you live in Kenya: you can complain about your personal data to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
