We are finalising written partnerships with accredited hospitals. Until they are published here, we can still request written quotes for you, and you can read about the doctors on our panel.

We do not rank hospitals, and hospitals cannot pay for placement.

How We Shortlist a Hospital
We check every hospital against these criteria before we ask it for a written quote on your behalf:
- The hospital has a written partnership agreement with us, or, until agreements are signed, we tell you in writing that the hospital is not yet a partner.
- Its accreditation (NABH or JCI) is valid on the day we shortlist.
- It regularly performs the treatment you need.
- It fits your preferences, such as city, language support and budget.
- It replies to cases quickly and in writing.
These are the same criteria we will use once each hospital's written partnership is signed and published here.
What to Ask a Hospital Before You Choose
These are useful questions to ask before you choose, and the answers should be in writing.
- What does the quote include, and what does it not include?
- Can the quote change after your doctors examine me?
- Will you give me a letter for my medical visa, and when?
- What happens if you ask for more money than the quote?
- What recovery support do you offer, including physiotherapy and follow-up care after I leave?
- Do you offer follow-up by video after I go home?
- Do you have interpreters for my language?
- Can a family member stay in my room, and do their meals cost extra?
- Can I ask for a specific doctor, and will you confirm whether they are available?
If a hospital will not answer in writing, tell us and we will raise it with the hospital.
