Before You Ask for Quotes

1 You Tell Us What You Need

Send the enquiry form. A coordinator contacts you within one working day (India time).

We ask about the diagnosis in your own words, the country you live in and who will travel with you. We do not give medical advice.

2 You Send Your Reports by Secure Link

We tell you which reports hospitals usually need. Then we send you a secure link to upload them. Please do not send medical reports by WhatsApp or email.

Getting Written Quotes

3 We Ask 2 or 3 Hospitals for a Written Quote

Sending the form does not send your details to any hospital. Before we ask hospitals for quotes, we tell you which hospitals we will ask. Each hospital's doctors review your details. Each hospital takes its own time to reply, so we tell you when to expect replies and keep you updated.

If your doctor at home has said treatment is urgent, tell us. We will ask hospitals to reply sooner.

Comparing Them, and Choosing

4 You Compare the Quotes

You see each hospital's written quote side by side. Ask each hospital what the quote includes and what it does not include.

A quote is not a final bill. It can change after the hospital's doctors examine you.

5 You Choose a Hospital

You choose the hospital, and we record your choice. You can also decide not to travel. There is no charge to you.

Travel, Treatment and Home

6 You Get Your Visa and Plan the Trip

The hospital you choose gives you a letter on its letterhead with your admission date. You need it for the medical visa.

Apply only on the official Indian e-Visa website, indianvisaonline.gov.in. The website says to apply at least 4 days before you arrive. Checked on 15 September 2026. Only the Government of India decides who gets a visa.

7 You Have Treatment in India

You pay the hospital directly and get a receipt. Your coordinator stays in touch during your stay. If treatment takes longer than planned, tell the hospital and us early.

8 You Go Home and We Follow Up

The hospital gives you a discharge summary. Share it with your doctor at home. Ask the hospital if it offers follow-up by video. We check in with you while you recover.
